Joe has contributed to more than 20 years of success for brands including Harley-Davidson, United Airlines, Budweiser, Clorox and Hershey, an impressive history of helping agencies and Fortune 500 companies meet their strategic and financial goals.

Rupesh Desai

VP, Digital Commerce

Rupesh drives eCommerce strategy and growth ideas for marketplaces such as Walmart and Amazon. He has expertise in demand creation and CRM with detailed business strategy and operational execution. He has built and ran multi-billion-dollar eCommerce division P&L, while optimizing margins and building global organizations of several hundred people to fuel growth.

Rupesh has worked in both client and agency roles and has a breadth of understanding, including trade, finance, sales, and CDO teams as well eCommerce performance marketing and e-shopper marketing.

Rami Odeh

VP, Digital Commerce

Rami helps brands grow their business in a complicated ecommerce landscape and better understand the intricacies of an ever-evolving ecosystem.

Throughout his career, he’s led product manufacturers and brands including OfficeMax/Office Depot and Sears in developing and executing strategies to create significant, measurable returns. Rami specializes in ecommerce content, fulfillment, negotiation and merchandising initiatives, helping clients to optimize their short- and long-term planning.

Josh Allison

Josh is our resident Amazon expert, and brings with him years of experience in CPG brand manufacturing and account management and performance media. He has a proven history of increasing brand growth, having expanded Amazon’s presence, successfully driving consumers to products.

Tracy Nguyen

Sr. Director, Technical Project Management

Tracy has more than 15 years of experience leading complex technology and software development in areas including in-store retail, mobile and web application development, digital signage software, Alexa skills, and digital marketing campaigns.

Lindsay Rosenthal

eCommerce Manager

Lindsay has worked in eCommerce for many years, stemming from the beauty industry. As an eCommerce manager, Lindsay brings great experience and insights in content marketing, SEO, reporting, and analytics to our clients. During her off time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, going to the farmers markets, and thrifting.

Darren King

Performance Media & Digital Commerce Manager, UK & EU

Darren helps clients build their brands and drive sales, making them category kings in their respected global ecommerce markets. He optimizes every aspect of their ecommerce presence, from product listings and brand store to search and targeted remarketing campaigns. He shares our clients’ determination to grow their ecommerce business internationally and is passionate about helping them succeed. Darren is based in the UK.
